Family Photographer

Hi there! I’m Melissa Lantz and I would love to be your next family photographer. To learn more about me and to see if we would be a great fit for one another go here.

Family photography is my jam! I love it so much! I take joy in being able to capture the love and connections between family members. I know family photos are stressful! I want to help take that stress away. I’m a mom of 3 kids. This is why I strive to make my family portrait photography sessions as relaxed and lighthearted as possible.

I want us to have fun and help you create memories with your family while we capture those candid moments and focus on getting those classic traditional shots. I promise to help make you feel comfortable in front of the camera and help pose and guide you during the photo shoot. Doing this will give your final gallery a variety of beautiful family photos for you to choose from.

I can be as involved as you would like helping you prepare for your family session. I’m happy to give suggestions for wardrobe styling and finding specific locations that might work best for your family. TIP! Think about what you will be doing with your photos, where they will be hanging in your home, and the colors in your home. Knowing all of this will help steer you in a good direction to picking a coordinating color scheme for styling your wardrobes.
